What is BILD?
The Business Instant Lighting Discount program offers instant, point of sale discounts to select energy efficient lamps purchased through participating distributors.
What are the Program Requirements?
Since these products are sold through distributors via a point-of-sale channel, there are no pre-conditions for participation.
Product must be installed at a commercial or industrial location within Clark Public Utilities service territory (excluding 98674 zip code).
Products should be installed as a 1 for 1 replacement.
Available for existing structures only; new construction or residential sales are not allowed for this program.
Products purchased through the BILD program are not eligible for incentives through the CLIP program. Capital projects and large quantity lamp installations should be submitted through the downstream CLIP program to maximize incentives for the customer.
