Clark Public Utilities works year-round to maintain a reliable system. At times, upgrades or proactive repairs to power lines or electrical equipment may require that parts of the system be taken offline. In those cases, crews do their best to alert customers in the affected areas that power will be off, when and for how long.
Whenever possible, efforts are made to reroute power during system maintenance so no outages are required. But that’s not always an option, and we appreciate customer patience during these times.
